Boxer
Obedience Trainer’s
Ten
Commandments
By Tracy L. Hendrickson
1.
Honor thy Boxer before thyself.
2.
Thou shall train thy Boxer EVERYDAY, if only for 1 minute.
3.
Thou shall never EVER give second commands.
4.
Thou shall enter EVERY fun match available as exhibition only –
allowing for corrections.
5.
Thou shalt not bear false witness as to why thy Boxer failed.
6.
Thou shall admit thy Boxer is not thy problem, ONLY thyself. (see #5)
7.
Thou shall find some way to make EVERY training session positive for
thy Boxer.
8.
Thou shalt not covet thy fellow classmate’s Multi-HIT Golden
Retrieving Robot.
9.
Thou shall admit that BOREDOM will be the death of thy Boxer’s
obedience career.
10.
Thou shall train thy Boxer as if it is the last day thy will ever spend
with him.
